This spot features a spacious living room with a kitchen ready to host and a downstairs wide open for games. We love having families come enjoy the cabin as much as we do! The space The inside can sleep 10 people comfortably with the two full pull out couches. Beds all come with sheets and extra blankets. Pull out couches have sheets and pillows available for use. Bathrooms come with basic essentials. The kitchen is very large with with big island for hosting. Kitchen includes all the necessary pieces to cook your own local feast. Microwave, oven, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, all the pots and pans and utensils you need. The living room has a 65" TV with a Roku and an Xbox with rock band. The TV has all the apps you need; Netflix, HBO, Amazon, etc. We do not provide our login, so you would need your own. Make sure to log out when you leave. Wi-Fi is ready to use but can be slow at times on the peninsula. There's games and puzzles for your use. We just ask you put it back how you found it. There are beach towels in the laundry room for you to take to the beach. Downstairs has all your beach essentials including games, toys, and chairs. There is corn hole and washers for your gaming pleasure. We just ask that if you take any of these items to the beach you return them as you found them. Please wash them off thoroughly when you return because the sand and saltwater will ruin them over time. You will also find an outdoor shower downstairs to clean yourself off after a beach visit. No pets allowed. No smoking. There is an elevator that can hold a person or groceries/bags. Lastly, there are security cameras located outside around the property, both downstairs and upstairs. These are used to help keep the property and its guest safe during their stay, as well as to ensure all rules are being followed.
