The space As shown in pictures, The private and cozy PURPLE room has a full size bed, side tables, clothing rack and dressers for storage. Dedicated areas for guests. Coffee, tea & snack bar, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, Big TV with Direct TV movie channels. WIFI You may share some space IF the other room is rented. I have my own bedroom & bathroom upstairs where I live with my dog. Home was designed as a boarding house and has a great layout to separate the host from guests. I only use the kitchen. FRESH AIR! Big front yard with bbq area, table and chairs provide a nice place to sit and watch the neighborhood. Or star gaze at night. We have amazing STARS out here!
