This generously sized house boasts four bedrooms, with two located upstairs and two downstairs. The two upstairs bedrooms are designated for guests. The living room area doubles as a game room and features a 50-inch TV for your entertainment. The upstairs area is exclusively for your use. Please refrain from bringing food upstairs. The space The space is spacious and very quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful with walking trails. There is a CVS and food places down the street- walking distance( well, at-least for me) if not; Uber/Lyft will be about 5/6 bucks to get you down the street. We do have a community pool and a gym. Sadly though; due to COVID l, guests are not allowed at this time😊. I am a fitness junkies and I workout a lot-I have a membership at the local public gym, feel free to ride with me and get your workout on, and BURN some excess fat that your liver doesn’t like. Guest access There are three full bathrooms available: one upstairs and two downstairs. Guests may use the downstairs bathroom only if the upstairs one is occupied. The backyard features a hammock for peaceful relaxation. I trust you will appreciate this hidden retreat— During your stay I work from home and am available to assist guests with any additional needs. If I'm free, I can provide transportation for a fee. When my office door is closed, I am not available. If you need to reach me during that time, or send a text or email; my response time may vary. Have a pleasant stay! Other things to note The neighborhood is known for its charm and tranquility, offering a pleasant environment with an abundance of walking and running trails. These scenic paths wind through the area, providing ample opportunities for outdoor exercise and leisurely strolls amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings.
