This cabin is one of several cabins that sit steps away from a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. Access to an on-site boat ramp along with a private boat slip is available for your use from March-October, as well as a common area w/swim beach, fire pit, volleyball net, basketball goal, and horseshoes. Comfortable furnishings make this a perfect vacation rental for families, couples, or a group of friends. The cabin is 8 miles away from Hot Springs National Park and 13 miles from Lake Ouachita. The space The interior walls of this cabin are lined with rustic red cedar. The living area includes a 43" flat-screen TV with streaming service. Seating is comfortable and includes a recliner, sofa, and reclining love seat. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor charcoal grill and grilling utensils available for use during your stay. The master bedroom has a nice king-size bed and a 32" flat-screen TV, also with streaming TV service. The upstairs loft contains two full-size beds. The renovated bathroom includes a tub and shower. Full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet. Our cabin is the closest cabin to the swim beach and main common area. After a long day fishing or exploring, sink into the rockers on the front porch to enjoy a picturesque view of the cove and boat slips. You might even catch a glimpse of a bald eagle that frequently visits! This comfy cabin has everything you need to relax and unwind on Lake Hamilton! Unplug, get back to nature and enjoy! * ***Please note that from early November through February, lower lake levels will make the boat slips inaccessible. During these months, boats can be parked on trailers behind the cabin and launched at a nearby public access ramp. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin & the common areas of property. Other things to note Please note that lake levels may vary. Boat ramp and boat stalls may not be accessible during the winter months. If you have questions about lake levels during a certain time period, please contact us before booking. We do require a two-night minimum for all reservations. There is a property manager on-site who you will need to check in with upon arrival.
