This is a cabin in the catskill mountains and it is all about the weather that can affect electrical supply. But the beauty is in the fresh air, water, and wildlife. Hot water is limited because there is a hot water tank and it is not supplied by a Municipal water company. So if multiple people take showers at the same time you will have to wait for the tank to heat up again. The Stream water upfront going across the driveway is OK for your dog to drink. My dogs drink it all the time so dont panic. It is clean and filled with minnows, crayfish, frogs and salamanders. Pick the Fresh Mint from the stream to add to your Mojito drinks or food !! Also add some fresh basil or other herbs from the planters at the patio area .
