Campsite for Tent, Pop-Up, RV, or Camper
This location is a back-in site. It has its own electrical hook-up for 20, 30, & 50 amp plugs, but no direct water source. There is an outside spigot at camp site 1 (an outside faucet on the house). There is NO sewerage hook up, pumping is 2+ miles away. The space We have a 30-minute walking/biking trail behind our home, as well as a relaxing creek, and fire pit (fire wood provided.) We’re located Grocery Store and Poor People's Pub 5 mins Winnie the Pooh trail 25 mins Rochester 15 mins Wolfeboro/Lake Winnipesauke 20 mins Dover 30 mins Portsmouth 35 mins Storyland 1 hour Hampton Beach 1 hour Laconia and Fun Spot 1 hour Guest access On the main floor of the house we offer a charming entryway with sitting area, a dining room with lite breakfast included and coffee station, and both a full bathroom with standing shower and a half bath. Outside you can enjoy a fire pit or walk our nature trail. We have a treehouse on site that and if not booked play at the treehouse on the swings and zip line. We rent the treehouse as a campsite, so that area is useable when not booked by a guest. The zip line is taken down from December through May due to weather conditions. Other things to note No motor homes over 20 feet.
