Master bedroom has queen size comfy bed with luxury sheets, night stand, closet, ceiling fan and tv/dvd player. 2nd bedroom has cozy queen size bed, tv/dvd, celling fan and night stands. Loft has queen bed, night stands, ceiling fan, full size trundle bed w/twin bed and spacious half bath. Living room has a leather dual reclining sofa, chaise lounge and futon in an airy high ceiling space with smart tv and open view of wood deck, firepit, and wooded yard full of wildlife and beauty. Modern updated kitchen with all the amenities you need. Full bath on main floor with shower and tub. *Pet fee is $25 per dog per night. Maximum pets per stay not to exceed 3. No cats. *Nightly rate includes up to 6 people. $10 per night per person after 6 is an additional fee to your nightly rate. *My $600 security deposit is not charged to your credit card upfront. It is only charged if a claim is necessary after your check out. Guest access Entire house, yard, driveway, .53 acres of wooded and open land, deck, gas grill, fire pit. Please note we do not maintain or provide propane for our grill. There are places close by in town that can refill at a low cost (Rogers Hardware). Please enjoy the home as if it were your own. Common courtesy is expected. Keep trash picked up inside and out. All trash must be in a garbage bag and placed in the outside trash bin when checking out. My cottage is on a wooded lot. It is near several inland lakes, wetlands and Lake Huron. Gorgeous surroundings, but please do expect some mosquitoes and bugs. My entire property is professional treated and sprayed for mosquitoes twice a year. Once in the spring and once mid summer. This reduces their presence greatly, but please bring bug repellents as you see fit for your family. What to bring: BUG REPELLENTS, firewood and fire starter, beach towels, beach chairs, body soap, personal toiletries, propane tank for the grill or you may fill the one that is there. Again, propane is not included in your nightly rate, but you may use any that is there in the tank. I provide a limited amount of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, hair dryer, household cleaning supplies, trash bags. Some items are limited so bring extra as you see fit for your group. My kitchen if fully stocked with a 12 cup coffee maker and filters, Keurig, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, glass and plastic plates, coffee mugs, drinking glasses and cups, wine glasses, cooking spices, toaster, refrigerator and range. All bedding is provided: pillows, blankets, sheets, quilts, extra blankets and pillows for futon, etc. Other things to note Please contact owner for special accommodation requests.
