Our residence villa Fabris is situated in the peaceful part of Novigrad only 200 m from the sea and it offering a perfect destination for a stress-less and nice vacation. The house is composed of only two apartments and has his own swimming pool and summer kitchen in the garden with a large grill. The space Apartment Dino give you maximum comfort. It is situated on the first floor and has terrace with sea view. It is equipped with air condition, flat TV, satellite TV, oven, microwave, dishwasher machine, coffee maker and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. Apartment for 5-7 persons (approx. 120 m2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces, living room with three sofas kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher machine, fridge with freezer, cooker, electric kettle, toaster and others necessary equipments and dinning area. A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV, sat TV, a double sleeping couch and two sleeping sofas with excess on the terrace with sea view and pool/garden view. There are two bedrooms with double beds (1,80 m wide) and one bedroom with a single bed (0,90 m wide). One bedroom has own terrace too. Bathroom is very large with shower and bathtub and two washbasins. There is a possibility to use the washing machine too.
