There is a $25 fee charged by the HOA office for the rental. - If a reservation is made for 5 weeks or more there will be an additional cleaning fee implemented - Trash collection days are on Wednesday. The office is directly across the street from the tennis courts. The hours are M-F 8 -4, closed ½ hour for lunch. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - There is an optional daily golf cart usage fee of $10 (paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). If you purchased access to the golf cart, the key will be located in a lockbox, and the code will be provided by the host before your stay. The golf cart will be located in the garage. Please reach out to the host if you have any issues accessing the key and/or golf cart - There is an optional daily pool heat fee of $17 (paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay) - This property does not require stairs to access all of the living spaces on the main floor. The stairs in the home are to access the second floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bath only. - There is a removable ping pong table top that can be placed on top of the pool table - Your guest passes will allow you access to 5 different clubhouses during your stay - The closest clubhouse, Ironwood, is located a few houses down from the property. This clubhouse includes a heated community pool, hot tub, restaurant, sports bar and more. Guests also have access to the other 4 club houses in Sun Lakes: Oakwood, Cottonwood, Palo Verde and Sun Lakes - In order to access the neighborhood amenities such as swimming pools, the health club, and Palo Verde restaurants, you will need your Sun Lakes ID Card. You can show this card whenever you go through any of the gates for the 5 Sun Lakes golf course communities. As our guest you have full access to all of the activities.
