The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom a large living room with fireplace, going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa has been totally renovated and refurbished last year including most of the furnishings. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars. The space The Villa has a private park that extends to the sea that can be accessed with a double private access, we have a nice lawn surrounded by floral vegetation and plants and a solarium by the sea equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and outdoor shower with cold water. The outdoor areas are served by armchairs and sofas to enjoy relaxation, there is also a dining table for 8 seats with a large umbrella. The interior is very comfortable, with a large living area served by fireplace, dining room, kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs is the sleeping area, equipped with four air-conditioned bedrooms, including three double and one smaller with a single and a half bed. The floor is completed by the double toilets, one of which has a bathtub. The access to the villa has its own automatic private gate and an indoor space for five cars. Other things to note On the terrace overlooking the sea there are 4 sun loungers, 4 lounge chairs and 3 umbrellas. We do not provide snorkeling equipment and beach towels. It is possible to arrange extra cleaning during the period of stay, subject to availability of the person in charge for the day to be established, at a cost of € 15 per hour.
