White Penthouse The space The White Penthouse is located in the center of Sitges a few steps from the Paseo Marítimo and its beaches. In less than 1 minute you can be enjoying a walk on the beach or a swim in the sea. It is an apartment that was recently renovated so that our guests can enjoy a perfect vacation. It has 1 double room with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen integrated into the living room and a bright terrace equipped to enjoy at all hours. Enjoying a bright apartment with large windows that let in the fresh evening air from your private terrace seems like a dream. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers to sunbathe, have breakfast watching people walk along Calle del Pecado, or enjoy a candlelit dinner. It also has an electric awning. The terrace floor is made of artificial grass, which gives a pleasant feeling and warmth to the environment. The kitchen is open, American style and is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric kettle and washing machine. It has a bar with stools that is perfect for enjoying any quick meal. The bright living room has a sofa, flat screen TV, wifi, air conditioning and heating. The double room has a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 meters, large wardrobes, and a window with blinds to ensure a good rest when dawn breaks, and access to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower. The building has 3 floors and the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. Primero de Mayo Street is a pedestrian street with a lot of life. There are bars, restaurants and shops that make it the liveliest street in town. It must be taken into account that the bars close after dawn and there can be music until late. If you like going out to dinner and then having a drink (or two) you will appreciate the location, in 2 minutes you can get anywhere. The windows in both the living room and the bedroom are soundproofed to keep out annoying noises if you want to go to sleep early. The apartment has an anti-theft security alarm, therefore there are security cameras inside the house. These cameras can be covered by a small window that will provide privacy while we are inside the house. Although the apartment is soundproofed, it must be taken into account that the bars and restaurants are open until after dawn. Sitges train station is a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets are within walking distance, beaches are 50 meters from the apartment, therefore it is not necessary to have a car.
