The accommodation is located under the roofs, in a building of 2 floors and without vis-à-vis. It is very bright and is in a quiet location. We have equipped and furnished with the utmost care to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an Ikéa sofa bed and a 1-seater BZ bed – a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, an induction hob, a microwave and a grill mode, a Senséo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle (we provide you with the Senséo pods, tea and a few small cakes) - a bathroom with a shower and a Japanese-style toilet including a hot tub and a water jet and dry cleaning system. Linens ( sheet and duvet) and bath towels are provided during your stay. All hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel and washing gel) are already installed on site. Our products are organic, ecological, ethical and healthy. A workspace with desk and chair is available in the room: great for remote working! Wifi is included and free. Are you traveling with small children? Rest assured, you can set up a wooden cot with sheet and blanket, a high chair and a basin - baby bathtub. Please inform us at the time of booking to prepare this equipment before your arrival. In July and August, we rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Guest access A parking space is dedicated to you during your stay. We offer free connection service between the train station and the property if you come by train. The accommodation is located in the Kéréliza district 2 km from the train station, 3 km from the city center and the town hall and 4 km from the seaport ( departure for the island of Arz, beautiful island at sea... etc.). For the visit of Île aux Moines, we advise you to go to Port Blanc in Baden ( 15 km from the accommodation). 500 m from the apartment, there is a Hyper U, a laundromat as well as nearby shops (bakery, butcher shop etc... ). A wood is 100 m from the accommodation: ideal for jogging or walking or cycling in a green area. Other things to note Out of respect for the place, we ask our kind customers to remove their shoes before entering the apartment. Please bring your slippers. Otherwise, we offer you slippers for your comfort. At 13K, everyone sorts! 3 garbage cans (garbage, recyclable and compostable) are available in the apartment.
