The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line pots, pans, bakeware, a Vitamix blender, KitchenAid stand mixer, and everything you need to prepare a feast. Adjacent to the kitchen, enjoy your meal on a custom made farmhouse table which comfortably seats 8. The Living Spaces: Adjacent to the farmhouse table is one of two living rooms that has a smart TV, a wood burning fireplace, and a sectional couch with a door that leads out to the back patio where you can take in the stunning sunsets and sunrises. The larger living room connects the kitchen and dining area to the hallway leading to the bedrooms and includes a second larger wood burning fireplace, wall Scrabble, comfortable couches, and the best view of the Sierra Nevada mountain range that you'll ever see in the county of Mariposa. The Bedrooms: Each bedroom has an attached full bath with luxury soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Super comfortable mattresses and plush bedding afford you the sound night sleep you expect while on vacation (just read our reviews!). The Outdoor Spaces: Active amenities include playing corn hole with a view and hitting golf balls on a custom made golf mat as your own personal driving range. Explore our vineyard and covered bridge. Visit our chickens, and say hello while you gaze at the neighbors beautiful horses. In the winter months enjoy making s'mores and singing around the camp fire with our seasonal gas fire pit. In the warmer months, enjoy day trips to swim in Bass Lake or the Merced River. Guest access You will be able to access the entire house and entire 6.5 acres which includes a covered bridge, golf practice mat, and 26 row vineyard. Other things to note -Have an Electric Vehicle? We have a charging station for you! -Central AC/ heat and ceiling fans in each room. -We provide starter supplies including but not limited to fire wood (during winter months), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, and a hair dryer. -The outdoor fire pit is seasonal and dependent on Mariposa county fire restrictions. -You are in nature and should expect to be surrounded by it, including insects and wildlife. We do our best to keep them out of the house but they will find their way in from time-to-time. Please keep doors shut to help prevent critters indoors. It is highly suggested to use caution when walking outdoors. Never go barefoot! Protective shoes are always recommended. -You will have the entire property and house to yourselves and will not be disturbed by any workers or property managers. -For your security and ours there are 2 outdoor cameras one facing the front entrance and the other facing the driveway. They are not located anywhere you would be sitting, relaxing, or hanging out and are there to ensure and easy check in/ check out as well as confirm the number of guests. We DO NOT have any cameras inside the house. -We have 4 chickens that were hatched on May 27th of 2020 and they live in a double fenced chicken coop on the south end of the property. The coop will remained locked during your stay.
