The space The cabin is situated on 6 wooded acres on top of a hill in a secluded cul-de-sac. This brand new build is thoughtfully appointed & fully furnished. Enjoy complimentary wine & coffee, Keurig, an outdoor fire pit, a Nest thermostat, wifi (fiber), Netflix & much more! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft with room for a total of 12 guests. Guest access You will have full access to this cabin. As part of the community, you will have shared access to the lake for swimming & canoeing (canoe provided/stored near the lake), as well as the community recreation area that has a swimming pool, tennis courts, & playground. The pool opens mid-May (specific date TBD by HOA) and closes around Labor Day. Other things to note The bed breakdown is... Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom - King bed & twin day bed with twin trundle (pull-out). Bedroom 2 - King bed & roll-away twin bed (stored in closet).
