There is one main bathroom with a shower over bath. Downstairs is an open plan living dining room, along with a separate kitchen which is fully equipped for your home away from home, with fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave and a washing machine. Outside you'll find a garden with patio and garden furniture for catching afternoon or evening sun. A wide screen TV and high speed broadband. We welcome 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately). Guest access There is space for 2 cars, and access is via a lock box for self check in. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details.
