Book it for your vacation now! The space Mid-Island home in a quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, playground, city park, library and shopping. Covered parking under the house for 3-4 vehicles. Home is up on piers with a flight of stairs up to the deck. Step into a comfortable home which has been recently renovated and features an open living and dining room with a tray ceiling and a galley kitchen. New central air and heat with adjustable ceiling fans in every room. New, whole-house, instant hot water heater and the full-sized washer and dryer are close to the bedrooms. The galley kitchen is well equipped with a new refrigerator freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, range, microwave, coffee maker, hot pot, toaster and blender. Plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses. Lots of kitchen gadgets and designer cookware for the chef to enjoy. Living room has comfortable seating for 6 as does the dining room table. The king bedroom suite features a king bed with a Sleep Innovations mattress with soft, high-quality sheets and Serta pillows. It also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The King bedroom is furnished with large nightstands by the bed, a dresser and bench. The queen bedroom features a queen bed with a Sleep Innovations mattress, Serta pillows, and high-quality sheets. This room has a reading area, dresser and night stands. The third bedroom has two full-sized twin beds with Sleep Innovations mattresses, Serta pillows, a desk, bookshelves, a sitting area with poof cubes. This bedroom has a more colorful motif that will appeal to children and adults. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower between the queen and twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are large and open to the living room. The living room and all three bedrooms have smart, flat screen TVs streaming YouTube TV including the Sports Package. The dining area has comfortable seating for six and overlooks the covered deck. The large elevated deck has a covered area for lounging, relaxing, enjoying cocktails, or eating the latest delicacy hot off the grill. A Huc-A-Poos pizza fits perfectly on the outside table. The deck also has a large uncovered area that is great for sunbathing or listening to the surf in the evening. The deck features "mood lighting" under the railing and has a large gas grill. Propane is provided. The home is very quiet and very well appointed for most every need.
