*Weekly Saturday-Saturday Summer Rentals* This charming Seaside home located in a pristine classic Maine cove of period cottages. The cove has far-reaching views into the Atlantic, Muscongus Bay, and New Harbor. Limitless coastal activities, landmarks, coastal town and park exploring in this historic area. Minimum stay is one week. Multi-week rentals welcome. We look forward to hearing from you! The space The property faces a small cove, with yard which extends to the cove. Views from the front patio and sunroom include the cove and classic cottages on the mainland, and an ocean view at the end of the cove. The back of the property is private with a separate deck, picnic table and woods. A third outdoor sitting area, a stone patio with a square dining table and four dining chairs, was added in 2023. Inside, there are three large sitting areas: the original living room with stone fireplace, the glass-walled all-season sunroom, and a sunny room facing the private side and back yards. The house was completely refurbished with new construction in 2010. Watchful maintenance and added improvements/amenities ensure a pleasant stay every year. There are three bedrooms (two with queen beds, and one 10 x 10 ft bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed); 3 baths (2 shower/sink rooms share private toilet; the third bath has a 48” tub with spray wand/toilet/sink); three large, separate living areas (one with a stone fireplace); a fully equipped kitchen; propane grill; High Speed Internet; big screen TV with upgraded cable package; bluetooth speaker; DVD player and extensive DVD collection: and Bose CD player/radio. Ideal for two to three couples or families with kids. A whole house generator was added in 2023. A heat pump was also added in 2023 for COOLING the house on the few very hot days experienced on the coast. Guest access Guests can access the entire main house, the front yard and the back yard. Guests are not be able to access the garage and the guest cottage in the back yard, however guests may use the deck of the guest cottage in the back yard. The guest cottage is not occupied.
