This additional 5th bedroom space is available and can be added by all smaller groups wanting the extra space for an additional $150 a night. It is REQUIRED FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 8 FOR $150 A NIGHT. We do NOT charge an extra person fee. The King suite addition is billed AFTER booking the home through Airbnb.
