We provide all linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo/soaps, toilet paper (initial), paper towels, laundry soap and a stocked kitchen with baking, cooking and eating utensils. All you need to bring is just the basic necessities- yourself and your family! PERK POINT- The marina displays celebration fireworks the first Saturday in July.
