Cozy house in active senior community with nicely landscaped yard with mountain views. You must be 55 and over. You will receive a pass to use all of the resort facilities including swimming and lap pools, tennis and pickle-ball courts, gym and exercise classes, and much more... The house is set up for my grandchildren to visit. Awake to the sound of the birds as you view the sunrise over the Catalina Mountains. At sunset see the pink glow of the mountains. See the night desert sky with no light pollution.
