Home sits on a half-acre of land with a large deck and BBQ out back. This is a perfect home base to enjoy all that Vermont and its capital have to offer. Great for families, couples, and groups. The space This cute and spacious two-story house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom make this house suitable for guests with some mobility issues, as long as they can make it up the 4 porch steps. A brand-new large back deck built in 2019 offers a tranquil place to relax and enjoy the view, while you BBQ some good eats with our brand new Weber grill. The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room part of one communal space so everyone is in on the action. You will enjoy our flat-screen high-definition TV with Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming channels. That along with the hutch full of books, games and free wi-fi will keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, stove, and dishwasher. As a courtesy to guests, we provide coffee and tea makings, and an initial starting pack of paper products and cleaning supplies. Guest access Guests are renting the entire house and have full access to everything in the home except a few locked cupboards of personal items belonging to the owners. Other things to note Washer and dryer in the basement. The upstairs bedrooms can get hot on the hottest days of summer, for guest comfort we have portable Air Conditioners available to cool the two bedrooms upstairs. Large driveway with parking for 4+ vehicles Stroller, booster-style high chair, and Pack and Play available for guest use. Two blow-up twin mattresses available for guest use upon request. The television does not have a cable subscription package. Our base price covers 4 guests, each additional guest is an extra $15 per night (Airbnb automatically calculates an accurate total price based on the number of guests you enter).
