There is also free public access to the lake for boats under the Champlain bridge just 5 minutes away! The guest house has broadband WIFI and Youtube T.V 25 minutes to Middlebury, 45 minutes to Burlington,and close to many of Vermonts' beautiful hiking trails! We're located just 35 miles from I-87 Adirondack Northway and just a half mile from the picturesque Champlain bridge that connects New York and Vermont!We maintain all sanitary requirements as set forth in the Vermont guidelines.We have a minimum 7 night stay from July 4th 2025 to Labor Day 2025 and a 3 night stay minimum the remainder of the year!Please note: The guest house will be closed from November 1st 2024 until May 22 2025
