The space Your rental is your own private home during your stay. Our shared property features include a seasonal heated saltwater pool, a shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, children's playground, campfire areas and a fishing pier. Additionally, we offer kayak, canoe & bike rentals, plus dockage if you bring your own boat. (Dockage must be reserved in advance.) Guest access This two-story 5-bedroom 3-bath home #20 is essentially a home away from home, the house includes a beautiful U-shaped open kitchen done in pine and oak with counter stools and a ten foot locally handmade kitchen table with seating for twelve people. With laminate flooring throughout, the expansive living area offers cathedral ceiling & walls done in knotty pine, comfortable living room furniture, a flat screen TV with cable service and an aesthetically pleasing electric heated fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to the upper deck equipped with an outdoor gas grill, a picnic table and cedar Adirondack deck furniture. This Vacation Home also offers a side yard with separate stairs as a side entrance to the porch. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The home is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishes, pots and pans, etc. and dishwasher. It also offers central air conditioning/heat, and washer/dryer plus wireless internet access. It is open on a year round basis – with discounted monthly rentals available in the off season. It is best suited for 10 people, and will accommodate a maximum of 12 people. Send us an inquiry if you are interested in a long term stay in this rental. During the off peak season we can offer attractive monthly rates up until mid-May. Other things to note This home is fully equipped including cable & internet service, television, central heat/air conditioning, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, fireplace, washer/dryer, toaster, cooking & eating utensils, gas barbeque grill, bed sheets, blankets & pillows and cleaning products & supplies. Guests are requested to bring bath & pool towels and personal toiletries. For your convenience your rental is setup in advance with a starter kit, which includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. We request that guests staying 3 nights or longer take care of their resupply needs; the starter kit will hold you over until you are able to get to the store for your groceries and supplies. (Note - our seasonal outdoor heated saltwater pool is open mid-May to mid-September.)
