Main Level: Master King, Room with two Twins, Queen Room Upper Level: King Room, Queen Room If you're looking for the best in tranquility, convenience, and elegance, then this spectacular, executive log home has to be your destination! The main level of this incredibly spacious log home features an enormous, open great room with an exposed-beam cathedral ceiling, a massive 20-foot-high stone wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided, but can be purchased from BRMR), leather sofas, and a 46" HDTV, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining area that seats 12. The spacious main level master suite has king-sized bed, private deck, 32-inch HDTV, and private master bath with a glamour tub and a large separate shower. Also on the main level are another bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed and trundle bed with a TV, a full bathroom with a tub/shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a 45-inch TV & DVD/VCR player. Outside is the huge partially covered, well-furnished deck with a wonderful Jacuzzi brand hot tub, a woodburning fireplace, plenty of deck furniture and a gas grill. In winter months, catch a glimpse of Appalachian Ski Mountain across the valley. The upper level contains a room with a king bed and cable TV, a room with a queen bed and HDTV, and the 3rd full bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs is an expansive game room. This room is perfect for the whole family to be entertained, with its pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table. Situated on ten private, wooded acres just 10 minutes from Main Street, Blowing Rock, 5 minutes to Boone shopping and dining, and close to all High Country attractions, Boles Lodge is an exceptional mountain retreat! This home has * wireless Internet * but there is NO house phone in the cabin. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. - This home has a Doorbell camera monitoring to main entryway only, no other cameras are present at the property. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
