There is not a set date that the heated pool begins being heated and when it is turned off in the spring. It varies every year and depends on the air and water temperature. If a heated pool is of material importance to booking your stay, please message me and the absolute best I can tell you is if it is currently being heated. We have the checkbox that the pool is heated in the winter but the winter season varies, so please inquire first before booking. Please note: only 1 pool at the resort is heated in the winter. Beach towels are not provided. Guests need to provide their own. The TV channel offerings are limited (we offer cable TV on the living room TV only. The majority of channels are in Spanish). But have no fear! We have Roku TV's in the bedrooms and the living room where you can stream content from your own subscription apps. Please remember that not all streaming app's that work in the US will work in Mexico. Some guests ask about US football games being televised. On rare occasions, you might be able to get from on of the few cable English channels but cannot guarantee it and suggest checking out one of the local bars for a fun way to watch the game.
