Please also note that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. After 4 PM, please return to the front desk to secure a nightly parking pass for $40. From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. HOUSEKEEPING: Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.   The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry facilities are conveniently situated in the basement and operate using credit cards. You can access the laundry area using the keycard provided inside the unit. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
