The space About the Condo: I am an owner of the Eagle Trace condos which are built town-house style and are located within the mountain area of Massanutten, close to the Mountain Greens Golf Course, LeClub Recreation Center, and the Ski Area. The photos above are examples of what your condo might look like, but you may not be staying at the exact condo. I will be fully transparent with your reservation and often am able to provide upgrades. If your accommodation is not to your liking, please contact me and I can have you moved to a different condo immediately-I communicate heavily well in advance of your stay, so for condos adjustments (other than a cleanliness/mechanical concern or a stay different from what we discussed), will incur additional charges. The listed price is for a 2 bedroom unit. We base units on the number of guests. If you have more than 6 guests we will have to reserve more than one unit which will double the listing price. What you can expect in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom: is bed options ranging from 1 king bed in one room and either two twin beds, or one queen bed in the other bedroom. (Additional options may also be available). These units can sleep 6 people, with two people sleeping on a pull-out sofa(s). Please note that I have the ability to request different units so feel free to be as detailed in your accommodation needs as you’d like. My goal is to secure your dream vacation! The kitchens range from either a full or a partial. Both will provide all of the necessary cooking equipment and serving ware with the only difference being that the partial kitchen has a hot plate and toaster oven in lieu of a stovetop and range. If your unit features a full-sized kitchen it will also include a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. These units feature cozy living rooms with fireplaces, cable TVs, and a balcony with a gas grill. A parking permit is included with the accommodation and there is plenty of parking outside of the condo, as well as if you choose to drive to different activities, each offers plenty of parking. Most all of the units include the same or more amenities than what I have listed here. After you reach out and make the initial inquiry, I will immediately begin working to secure the best condo to suit your needs. If for any reason you are unhappy with the reservation, I will issue a full refund prior to my booking the resort. I do not book the resort until you have confirmed that you are happy with the unit I have identified for you. I do this regardless of my strict cancellation policy, please note that cancellations due to trip changes etc will not be refunded. **If we have already confirmed your booking, but you would like to adjust the reservation (ie additional guests, or a change of stay duration), please message me, I may be able to adjust it, but it will be an additional cost-I will charge you exactly what the resort charges me. Reservation Deals: This is a four-season resort, so there is plenty to do all year! If you're traveling during winter or summer, book as early in advance as you can (I allow bookings one year in advance) so that I can ensure I can get you a reservation. Disregard if the calendar says unavailable, this is available all year and I can reserve multiple units. To book through the resort is more expensive for less and the accommodations won't include a kitchen, the space, or the proximity to fun activities as this spot. This is a timeshare, *but* by staying in my property you can by-pass the mandated speech and tour we all dread. If you are interested in becoming an owner, by all means, contact me and I can set up a tour for you as well as get you a $100 visa gift card, but ultimately, if you just want to enjoy your vacation, rest assured, there will not be any sales pitches thrown your way. There are other listings similar to my own, they are all timeshares, I want to ensure that I am being fully transparent about what you are getting when you stay with me or anyone in Massanutten. However, just because you are staying in a timeshare doesn't mean you have to go through the sales pitch. Because this is a vacation property, there is a professional cleaning service on site, I already pay for these costs in my condo fees, so there is no surprise cleaning fee or any other tacked on prices for guests etc. Airbnb charges a service fee and taxes, but other than that, what I posted is what you pay.
