Go back in time with a mix of vintage and modern styles. The space This fully furnished mobile home has been partially renovated. Kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle iron, … and is stocked with silverware, pots, pans, dishes, and coffee. The back bedroom has a double bed, dresser, ceiling fan, closet and shelves. A dresser, full length mirror, and single bed on the floor are in the very small 2nd bedroom. This vintage mobile home shows off the original siding and windows, the original green bathtub, and some of the original wood grain panelled walls. There is an abundance of space available for parking. There is no smoking allowed inside this home or on either porch. Guest access Guests have access to this whole mobile home, porches and back yard. Other things to note Phenix City goes by the Eastern time zone (same as Columbus, GA, Fort Moore, and Atlanta) even though we are in Alabama. We are not located in downtown but are minutes from downtown Phenix City. We do NOT charge any extra fees (no service or cleaning fees, etc.). Airbnb does charge their service fees and the state occupancy taxes. None of their fees go to us. No smoking inside or on either of the porches.
