This private, spacious guest suite is located in the lower part of our home in beautiful Lehigh Valley. Easy access to Quakertown, Bethlehem, I-78, the PA turnpike, DeSales, Lutron, Lehigh University and many other locations! Enjoy local farmers markets, the Rail Trail, golfing, shopping, Bacon Fest, historical attractions and seasonal events. My place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, explorers and business travelers. Our home is nestled on a lovely 4 acre property for you to enjoy. The space This apartment has a private entrance with no shared areas. There is a quaint patio table with 2 chairs outside for you to enjoy the wildlife or your morning coffee. The suite is on the ground level of our home so there may be some noise that can be heard as we go about our daily activities. Inside there is a cozy and comfortable living area with a sofa, coffee table and TV. We have Roku so you can feel free to sign in to any channels you prefer. There is a vehicle themed bar area with 2 stools, a TV, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer and sink. There are paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils as well as dishes and silverware. We also provide water, tea and a Keurig Coffee machine with a variety of coffee and creamer. There is free WiFi and a desk to work. The bedroom has a comfortable, Queen size certi-pur, made in the USA, mattress. The decor is chic and modern with tons of ambiance. Everything has been tastefully chosen and handpicked. There is a walk in shower only, no bathtub. We provide fresh towels and linens as well as body wash and shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer. I am meticulous when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing and strive to provide an enjoyable experience for each guest. There is a separate powder room with a sink and a toilet. Due to several family members having animal allergies, we are unable to host emotional support animals or service animals. The airbnb is located in a private section of our home that we use when we aren't hosting.
