Parking is outside and is not covered. The space This is a busy area in Pewaukee. We are in DOWNTOWN PEWAUKEE so there is a lot of traffic. We are in DOWNTOWN PEWAUKEE so there is a lot of traffic and movement around you, but at the same time during the winter it is more quiet, during the summer it is very busy. This is a newer condo on the lake where you will feel at home. But, this is not a "retreat" per say! Our space offers a cozy master bed to sleep, a great kitchen to cook and eat and a great living room to chill in and a great bathroom with a wonderful shower shower. We are your launch pad to adventure in Wisconsin. This is a condo. The walls are thin we have spent all summer 2022 trying to add sound barriers so hopefully it will be more quiet! There are multiple business (including a sup rental shop (summer), a ji jitsu and a schnitzel place...) and other living units in this amazing historic building. Where else can you get all of that in one place :) , We do not want dogs in our space, but please reach out if you have one and we and work it out, but do not just show up with a dog. This is a kid friendly unit, but if you bring kids, realize the outdoor space is the shared outside area....this is more like a hotel room and less like a typical airbnb. Your host will be my mother who is very accommodating and if you need anything she will help you out! We just need you to communicate. You will be surrounded by the business of the downtown area. We love our space with tile floor, a nice eclectic fire place, a huge tv in both the living room and master, a nice walk in closet in the master, and nice furniture throughout. Guest access all Other things to note If you have a PET we only have ONE PET that does not shed. There will be a $100 fee for your pet if there is damage.
