The space This home has had a complete renovation inside and out. And the best part is you have your own private low tide beach behind the house right outside your door. At high tide it is ideal for kayaking and paddle boarding. The kids will enjoy walking out back at low tide and catching hermit crabs. Fish right off the patio! The patio is accessed specifically from the kitchen slider out the back door. If there happens to be other guests on the 2nd floor they will enter up the stairs to the upper deck but the patio is exclusively for the first floor. Guest access You will have sole access to the entire space especially the enormous patio! The driveway is shared with upstairs guests and they will have access to the low tide beach as well but your unit is completely separate. Other things to note The 2nd floor unit is also for rent. Plan to share the driveway and the back beach with another happy group that is also on vacation!
