Whole house rental (a 12 sleeper). $150.00 cleaning/$25.00 one time pet fee, up to two pets under 50lbs. (additional requires approval and additional fees) The Tabor House was constructed around 1895 and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.  It has all the charm of a Victorian style home with modern amenities and located just two short blocks from downtown Wallace, Idaho. The space Although the home is not ADA compliant, there are only three short steps to enter the front of the home with a main floor bedroom. The second and third floors are accessible by stairways. THE MAIN FLOOR- has 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed and 37" flat screen TV with Roku. A USB rapid charger is located in the wall facing the backyard.  The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with remote, a 50" flat screen with Roku, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, games, puzzles and a book exchange. A Wii game console is located in the living room for family play along with a free play CD jukebox. A shuffleboard table is available in the dining room area. There is a spacious and well supplied eat in kitchen with microwave, glass top range, dishwasher, and full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a large formal dining room, full bath, washer, dryer and gas BBQ (located in the back yard).  Just inside the back door entrance is a mud room to put your skis and boots. There is also a radio flyer wagon to pull the kids around town or to get groceries. There is ample parking on-street and there is a covered parking area at the rear of the residence for motorcycles, ATVs, bikes or a vehicle. The back yard is fully fenced for your pet and secure. We hope you will enjoy the beautiful front porch (our personal favorite).  Wave to the visitors on the trolley as it goes by or if you are lucky, watch the elk or moose traipse through town. THE SECOND FLOOR- offers 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom.  Two rooms have queen-sized beds, and one room has a double/full.  There are flat screen TVs (32") in all the bedrooms also with Roku, and lots of closet space as well as USB rapid chargers. THE THIRD FLOOR- or attic has recently been finished with new carpet, drywall, paint, windows. Because we are big on safety, we installed swing in exit windows (egress) and have an emergency escape ladder located in the room. We like to think of this floor as great for the youth in your group as it has 4 single beds in private alcoves (thanks to the gabled ceiling), a bubble hockey machine, 32" flat screen with Roku, and a classic Nintendo console (remember those?) with games for their enjoyment.   This of course does not mean that adults would not find this area fun also! There are four security cameras located at the front, rear and side of the residence. Guest access All areas of the home with the exception of the basement and garage are accessible to guests. Please keep in mind that this is a private home that we live in from time to time and we ask that you treat it with respect. Currently, we have several bikes for both adults and children to ride as well as some smaller children's riding toys available. These are located in the bike shack in the backyard. Remember to bring safety gear if you choose to ride them please. We do have some helmets available for use. Other things to note To the best of our knowledge and experience, the home is not haunted. Yes, we get asked this a lot due to the age of the home. This being said, we would love to hear about your experiences and share your photos, if any. There is a small playground at the end of the block for your children. A reminder-we are a non-smoking home-thank you. During the winter months, we use PET FRIENDLY ice melt.
