Located in historic Silvermine, on the New Canaan border, it's a perfect place for a family and friends to relax and enjoy holidays together. While we have 4 bedrooms there is room for family on a sofa bed and around the house! The dining room table has seated 22 in a pinch! There are even 2 pianos and a music room for carols and cheer! We're very flexible with timing, ideally 3-6 months starting end of December/beginning of January. Note all bookings over 30 days pay utilities based on use. The space Our farmhouse has many fireplaces and outdoor spaces for enjoying cool fall nights with loved ones. It's a beautiful place to enjoy the fall colors and even the snow by one of the two cozy fireplaces! We have 3 distinct office spaces, high-speed internet , cable and a landline making it a pleasure to work from home. The large library with vaulted ceilings is perfect for family gatherings. Guest access This is a perfect opportunity for guests to stay here why they remodel or look for a house in New Canaan, Westport, Greenwich, Rowayton. Guests will have the whole house Other things to note Nearby attractions include biking, beaches on Long Island Sound (10 minutes away), excellent restaurants within walking distance, and South Norwalk's vibrant nightlife and shopping at the renowned SONO Collection Mall (10 minutes away).) We have a brand new tennis/pickleball court with basketball, and a firepit to warm up after the game! We are open to having your well behaved doggies.
