The living room has a sectional sofa, 58” smart TV, panoramic river views. The bedroom has a queen bed and 48” smart TV. There is also a den with a sofa bed that sleep two. There is a large table/desk adjacent to the living room for working, etc. All windows have blinds if needed. kitchen: Induction stove top, dishwasher, large toaster oven and microwave. W/D are in a separate closet. Coffee/cream and essential condiments are provided. Patio and large yard on the side of the house with panoramic river views with sitting area and fire pit (wood is provided). Additional large, covered patio also with panoramic river views from sliding glass doors and a coffee table with seating for 4. Also, a gas grill and a café table with seating for two. Guest access Driveway parking for two cars. To enter the apartment: Facing the house, go left and down the outside stairs. No code is needed. The key will be on a hook on the door.
