First floor suite 900 sq.ft. of a private secluded home situated on 2 acres on an elevated plot near Weaverville. We call it the "Hideaway on Hidden Falls Dr." The suite consists of a separate bedroom with a private bath(shower stall no tub). There is a full TV room with a couch and 2 recliners . There is a separate refreshment room with microwave, toaster, mini fridge/freezer and a Keurig . All are welcome and we are "gay friendly". Please no smoking, children or pets. SEE ADDITIONAL CHARGES The space Although the home is in Asheville, our backyard is in Weaverville. We are minutes away from I 26 which will take you anywhere in Western NC. We are 11 miles from downtown Patton avenue which usually takes between 12-18 minutes depending on traffic and your speed. A 1 hour trip takes you to Harrah's casino in Cherokee. Local attractions such as Biltmore Estate, local craft breweries, downtown restaurants and Asheville proper are very close by. Minutes away is the Blue Grass Hwy and the Mt. Pisgah inn. Guest access Access to the complete ground floor. Access to the backyard and gazebo is via outside stairs and through a sunroom . Their are beach towels in the sunroom for our guests. Their are lounge chairs for sunning and relaxing. WiFi access is available. Other things to note Ample parking and private entrance adjacent to the garage. The garage is for the owners cars only. The unit is priced on the basis of 2 adults. Additional guests must be pre-approved and will result in additional charges to be determined.
