Speed limit in the community is "25" Other things to note There is an air mattress (with freedom to choose a place or spot to sleep in the house by yourself:)) and convertible sofa on the second floor, meaning there's an option to add 2 or 3 more people. so it becomes total of 11 guests that way. And big sofa (not convertible) on the first floor which can be comfortable sleep for one person = 11+1. If you are coming with a company of 8+, there will be an extra charge of $55 per person, thank you. $30 dog fee
