Charming, clean two bedroom, two bath house with front and back porches and a large backyard. Open kitchen and living room with double doors that open to the backyard. Great for one or two couples. Just a short 8 minute drive to the Sonoma square. The space The 1200 square foot house was built in 2006 in a residential area on the west side of Sonoma. We have dining tables inside and out and great spots to sit and read or just soak up some Sonoma sunshine. There is an open floor plan and kitchen that leads right up onto the deck through two sets of double glass doors for indoor/outdoor living. The back yard has a pool (with a cover, only open during summer months June-September), a small grassy area, large outdoor table and chairs, and a small fruit tree orchard. Robins will chirp in the mornings and hummingbirds will zip by daily. Guest access Entire house (excluding garage) and front and back yards. Private driveway (two car parking). Other things to note Front and back porches are low but there are no railings, so young children will need to be careful. There is a single cup Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee pot in the kitchen.
