The Beautiful Room is located on the first floor has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It is a master bedroom with comfort and space. Includes a queen sized bed, freshly painted, nice hardwood floors, décor with Monet Pictures, and a nice back yard view. The space Bathroom is shared when we have guests. Half price for each additional guest. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. 1 free parking space included. Additional fee for laundry ($10 per load - includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.). Smoking is allowed outside only. Full kitchen included except stove and oven. Guest access Guests have access to the Beautiful Room and shared spaces (Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Patios, Front Yards, Backyards, and Parking Area). During your stay Myself, Eva, and my Co-Hosts, Christopher and Matthew, are always available to help guests during their stay.
