Add'l bedrooms available for larger families. The space Sterling and Connie have lived in this home for 39 years and raised four children here. Now they have room to host. The owners keep out of the way. The guest space is private and quiet. There is currently a single bed and queen size sleeper sofa. There is fast WiFi and Verizon Cable TV. With 2 large skylights and 4 windows it has views of the historic church to the east and Mormon Temple to the West. sunny 1/2 bath with skylight. Exclusive use full bath is at the bottom of the stairs. There is a desk and storage. Guest space is relatively separate so they can choose to come and go as they please. Making it perfect for a long term stay. Guest access Front door, Center Hallway and up the steps, Full Bath, entire 3rd floor with 1/2 bath, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster oven. Guests can relax and enjoy the back yard pond and children's play house. During your stay Sterling and Connie enjoy hosting new guests and old friends, but as avid travelers themselves they appreciate the opportunity to come and go without a lot of fuss. We are looking forward to meeting guests and helping them with local tips. But we will take our cues from our guests. We do not provide breakfast but do offer some great guidance.
