This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch. Guest access You will be provided a code and self check-in information a few days prior to your arrival. We understand you may want to check in early. We cannot guarantee an early check-in, but rest assured, we will contact you when the home is ready. Due to extra cleaning measures and the time it takes to turn over a property, we ask that you not enter the home until we have contacted you. Check in is at 4pm. Other things to note Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation. Pets: This is not a pet friendly home. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
