Great fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and much more right outside the back door! Coming in the winter? Great! When the lake freezes, enjoy ice skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing, or take a short trip to the many ski mountains around Maine! Love to hike? There are great trails all around! Looking for boating activities? The 60 mile shoreline of large Lake Cobbosseecontee is right across the street! Bring your toys, there’s a large driveway and plenty of trails nearby for snowmobiling etc., and although motorboats aren’t allowed on little Cobboseecontee, there’s a launch for the large lake just up the road.
