The upstairs library has a wide array of board games, jigsaw puzzles, books and a view of Cock’s Comb to the west. Binoculars for star gazing and several yoga mats are provided, as well as a corn hole game. The Master bedroom enjoys a view to the south and access to a private balcony. While the bedroom is tied to the central AC/heater, it also has a separate AC/heating unit to permit fine tuning by you. Careful attention has been given to bedding, mattresses and pillows in every bedroom. Focus is on endeavoring to maintain a hypo-allergenic environment and sleeping comfort. Each room has a TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player and ceiling fan for your comfort. Each also provides a makeup table, blow dryer and mirrors so your whole party can get out the door quickly. Both bathrooms have a shower and bathtub as well as blow dryers. They include essential oil, fragranced shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. Guest access We are super close to everything. So, you won't spend a bunch of time going to and from your destination. Other things to note COVID 19 Mitigation Efforts: We’ve done our part to reduce challenges people are experiencing with the emerging pandemic. Sedona is wonderful, open and airy, as is our home. This is beneficial immediately. We supply small hand sanitizer bottles. We are also separating at least 30 hours between a guest checking out and the next checking in. Although paper towels are provided, we don't provide cleaning products because we feel that is our cleaning service's job. Feel free to bring your own. There are several grocery stores and drug stores close to the home, if you want to purchase something. We discussed COVID 19 with our professional cleaning people (they clean more than 100 homes in Sedona). A letter from them to us is enclosed below. While they are rigorous and thorough (our reviews make it clear); together we’ve enacted the following: Longer deep cleans at the house. These cleanings include greater attention to sterilization of all flat surfaces and high-touch surfaces. No more same day departures and arrivals. This allows for the longer cleaning times. If you bring sanitizing wipes - it is essential that you discard them in the trash. Please do NOT discard them in the toilets, they are highly destruction to the Aerator Septic system. In spite of the emergence of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are still well-positioned to continue our excellent services. Like you, we are diligently monitoring the CDC for updates and any changes that may affect the way we serve you and your families. Property Sanitation We have increased the frequency of our already stringent sanitation standards to create as safe a cleaning experience as possible. We have installed large hand sanitizing pumps into all company vehicles; and require all cleaners to wear disposable gloves prior and during all cleanings to maintain the integrity of your home without cross contamination. We are sanitizing all frequently touched hard surfaces (keypads, remotes, light switches, door knobs, kitchen appliance handles etc.), and repeatedly expressing the importance of hand washing. Team Member Support As a family-owned business, our team members are the heart of who we are. We want to give our team members the tools to take extra care of themselves. We have distributed personal hygiene best practices and shared links to the CDC and other authorities to provide information on how to prevent the spread of illness. In the event that a team member may not feel well or needs to care for an immediate family member, we are giving them the support they need to stay home.
