Dock space is available for your boat, along with multiple kayaks allowing you an easy paddle to the beautiful Norton Falls. Two levels of spacious decks with gas fire pits allow for space together and apart. As the old saying goes, "It doesn't get better than this!" The space Very modern, light filled home. Top floor has fully equipped kitchen, 3 seats at the island, small gathering area, two master suites with ensuite baths, master bath with washer/ dryer, large deck with dining area for 8, and built in grill. Single rider elevator or outdoor stairs takes you to lower level with family room, kitchenette , (mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, no stove/no oven) laundry W/D, two bunk rooms, one room sleeps 4 the other 2, two half baths, a jack and jill shower, storage room and another large deck, with outdoor seating for 6. Please note: The elevator is pneumatic and therefore, not silent. Sounds like a large vacuum cleaner for about 30 seconds. There are no indoor stairs between floors. Guests must use either elevator or outside deck stairs which are not covered. Instruction for usage will be provided. We respectfully ask that elevator not be abused and that any children using the elevator be supervised. Though the house is lovely, it doesn't compare to the outdoors. We attempt to take all our meals outdoors on the covered decks. Upper deck has seating table seating for 8, lower deck has table with seating for 6. 4 Kayaks are available for use in order to get you out on the beautiful lake. Other things to note Verizon is the cellular service that works at the house and through the surrounding area. The other services do work in town. However, if you will rely on your phone's GPS be sure your cell service works. GPS may not always be accurate. Take only Bright Mountain Road to Scenic Lake Lane. Avoid Lake Shore Drive and Gusty Trail. Wayz seems to be accurate. Proceed slowly. Follow the signs for Paolillo/Scenic Lake Lane. Parking pad and first floor allow for use a wheelchair, with a the exception of actual entrance into the house which requires a small step up. Please note in photos. Additional parking is available across the road from house. Please remove your trash as needed and at check out. All trash must be bagged( found under kitchen sink) and placed in bear proof cans located on parking pad. Contact me for information about entering. Should you open the bifold doors from the main rooms to the decks completely, in order to resecure the doors , pull up on the interior handle on the left door as you face out to the lake first, in order to drop the bolt into the threshold that secures that bank of doors. On another note, there are no internal stairs. There is an elevator. It is not silent. Please do not push the door to exit until the carriage has SETTLED COMPLETELY. Even if you think it's settled give it another second. Pushing on the door prematurely may result in damage.
