It is a 1 bedroom studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a separate laundry room off the back of the main house with a washer/dryer unit for your convenience. It is through the double glass doors off the patio. The apartment has a tv with basic cable and wireless internet. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a supplemental gas heater for added comfort. We install window unit AC during the warmer months. The rear yard is fenced in and a great place to relax when the weather is nice. The best part of this house is that we have an extraordinary rear yard that offers something more like a retreat in the middle of the city.
