Share a bathroom and kitchen with me in a 1,000 square foot and neat, CLEAN cottage 12 miles south of lovely, horse country, Aiken, SC. I am retired and am quiet and busy taking care of the farm, so you would have quiet and privacy. You could bring one, small well-behaved dog. $15 per horse per day or $300/month. I have a nice gated run-in shed and small shed for storing hay/grain. I have outside hot water for bathing your horse. There is a wonderful front porch with rocking chairs and a patio out back with outdoor seating a hot tub and a grill for chilling and grilling. Guest access Other than the master bedroom, you are welcome to enjoy the whole house and everything outside. During your stay I have a full life. We will see each other, but you can have a lot of quiet time. Quiet time is also very important to me! Other things to note I do not have cable television but you are welcome to stream Amazon Prime, Apple TV Max, and Netflix!! I have a hot tub! I love it and hope you enjoy it, too! This is a country setting and you may see snakes, hear or see coyotes and quail!! I have horses so flies are .... well .... a fact of horse life.
