The space This newly available family home is located on 2 acres of beautifully landscaped land off a well-maintained quiet dirt road. It is fully surrounded by trees offering plenty of privacy and room to breathe. We are part of a vibrant community, with many young families nearby. To respect their comfort and well-being, we do insist that any prospective renters agree to limit outdoor noise at night. ***Quiet hours will be strictly enforced after 10pm.*** In the interest of being clear about what strictly enforced means for us, violation of quiet hours will result in us asking guests to leave the home the following day regardless of how far into the reservation. Noise travels from the hot tub area, so it is problematic for groups who want to use it late at night. We love our neighbors and want to protect our integrity in our private neighborhood. THE LAYOUT The first floor offers a large fully equipped kitchen with sharp cutlery, new cookware, and stoneware place settings for 16. A propane grill can handle all your barbecue needs. An open floor plan provides an easy flow from the mudroom, through the kitchen to either the formal dining room or the large living room. Three bedrooms located upstairs comfortably sleep 5 in two guest bedrooms and one master. The master bedroom offers a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Another bedroom on the ground level offers additional privacy, and all bedrooms are outfitted with custom maple and walnut bed frames/headboards. All new bed linens and towels from LL Bean. The house offers plenty of space to entertain and spend quality time with your inner circle. Choose from the modern 6-person hot tub, our screened porch full of comfortable seating options, the outdoor fire pit on a blue stone patio, ground floor game room with ping pong table, chess table, or in the warmer months you can lounge by the in-ground pool! Please note that we recently installed a VitaSpa hot tub with Bluetooth speakers built in. While this is a nice feature, we ask that you keep the volume below 5 after 7pm to afford our neighbors a restful evening. If you'd like to get in a workout, our full gym offers weights and various other equipment. Children under 16 are prohibited from using the gym. Our large open deck is a perfect spot for yoga. In the colder months, enjoy the comfort of our floors with radiant heating and two propane fire places. We also have Roku streaming TVs.
