Situated on 5 private acres, Hedgefox is a family getaway & quiet paradise; very private, well apportioned, & comfortable. This is NOT a house, nor neighborhood, to book for you to invite a bunch of people over and host a party. If you are looking for anything remotely like that, move on. So peaceful, but also so close to Freeport, Rte 95, restaurants, and 20 min from Portland The space This is a very well-kept home in a beautifully secluded part of Yarmouth, yet still close to restaurants, stores, Freeport shopping, and more. The home has a very open-concept first floor, w/updated kitchen appliances & a very nice eat-in bar, along with a booth-style family table. The kitchen flows into the living room, then to a formal dining room and ends with a very nice reading room. Lots of space to sit and relax. This is a very private, spacious place. It has a very nice master bedroom (private full bath), a 2-single bed guest room, and a third bedroom with a double/queen bed. These two bedrooms share a common bath. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. We have a large outdoor back deck, complete with grill, also a screened-in back porch for lounging or an outdoor meal. Guest access The house also has a separate storage house on site, which is not available. We ask that guests also do not access the basement or the study, as we have personal items stored there. Please simply be respectful and careful in the home. Strongly prefer no pets. Other things to note Please contact me if you have any questions at all before instant booking. We do have neighbors. This is NOT a house, nor neighborhood, to book for a loud fraternity-style party weekend. If you are looking for anything remotely like that, move on. We ask that you treat the place with respect and understand that this is a full-time residential area. Also: the house can accommodate 6 persons, maximum. Please book for the exact amount of people that will stay at the home. Bringing more than 6 will cause booking to be canceled. Our home (private septic, bathrooms, beds) is NOT set up for any more than 6, and our caretaker will make sure that no more than 6 stay at the home.
