We are at the wider part of the street so you can double park to unload without blocking traffic. We are up enough from beach and north side to make parking a bit more available but still 5 minute walk to beach and Main Street. 10 minute walk into Asbury bars, restaurants etc. Also we are adjacent to block of St Pauls Church which has a whole entire street with no houses, which means better odds for parking. Guest access You have access to unit 2 which is floors 2 and three of a two family house. You have exclusive access to upstairs deck and backyard. Sideyard is shared for walk through and hose use.
