This log cabin is an old hunting lodge. It is rustic, charming and quaint, nestled in the woods of Wisconsin and next to a tranquil pond. The location is close to the Johnson Park golf course and 5 miles from the beautiful Lake Michigan shore. It is a perfect place to relax, write or escape from the stress of life. In the winter a 4-wheel drive vehicle is necessary to reach the site. Please note: bathroom facilities are a close walk away. Heating from wood stove only. The space The cabin does not have a bathroom or running water but bottled water is available and a half bathroom is available at the main house. Two twin beds are available in my basement if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. This space, which includes a living room and game room costs an additional $100 per night. The basement has a full bathroom and shower. Other things to note The cabin is heated by the wood burning stove. Wood is available for sale upon arrival. Wood is NOT included in the cost of the cabin. Wood is also available for the fire pit outside.
