Have you ever wanted to try living in a tiny house? This is your chance for an amazing experience with our cozy, comfortable tiny house that has EVERYTHING you need! The tiny house has a queen bed in the loft and a futon full bed. There is a full bathroom (including a 7 ft. tall shower) with full plumbing. Feel like staying in for dinner? We've got you covered! Full kitchen- stove top and oven with plenty of counter space to prep, along with all cooking utensils/pots/pans you need! The space Not only is the tiny house nice and cozy, but has private access to the land behind the tiny house for badminton and volleyball along with yard games to keep the kids busy! There is also a chiminea with wood for guest use in this field. The tiny house has everything you could need to stay from towels and bed linens/blankets to cooking equipment. Need local tips for local eats or healthcare? That's all provided in the guidebook left for you on the kitchen counter. Enjoy some relaxation or get your adventure on with surrounding trails! Guest access Guests have full and private access to the tiny house, driveway, and field behind the tiny house that has a picnic table, propane grill, and a chiminea (with wood; outdoor chairs are located underneath the first step to the loft). We have just recently added two other tiny houses to our location, so we ask that guests do not roam into the field to the left of the tiny house as that is space for other guests. If you would like to book more than one tiny house for your stay, please let us know and we will provide the link to the other tiny houses to view. The other tiny houses have their own picnic area, grill, and fire pit on the other side of the houses, so you will not have to share with other guests. Thank you! Other things to note Please note that Check In is no earlier than 4pm so we can make sure the tiny house is cleaned and sanitized before we welcome you in, thank you! **The tiny house measures 144 square feet plus a queen-sized bed loft** There is a main house on the property as well where we live with our two Golden Retrievers, Max and Brody who would LOVE to meet you during your stay- but only at your request. Otherwise, you will not hear them or be bothered by them. :) We do not ever enter the tiny house area, driveway, or field unless given permission by guests so please be assured that your time in the tiny house will be uninterrupted and peaceful.
